Welcome to Enclavia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enclavia AI Orchestration Platform, API, and associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our Services.
2. Description of Services
Enclavia provides an enterprise-grade AI Orchestration Platform that includes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), secure multi-agent workflows, and custom data integrations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Obligations
As a user of our Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform.
- Input sensitive PII or PCI data unless covered by an explicit BAA or DPA.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Enclavia and its licensors. Your data, prompts, and specific outputs generated within your tenant remain your property, subject to the licenses granted in these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Enclavia, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
